- A 2 hour Insight session with me, either in person or over Zoom or Facetime
- Ten x 1 hour weekly sessions with me, either in person or over Zoom or Facetime
- Pre-coaching worksheet, so that I can understand your personal and professional ambitions prior to us starting the program together
- Unlimited emails/WhatsApp message/phone support in between sessions to check-in with you and on your progress
- A workbook to support and follow the progress of your mindfulness practice
- Bespoke meditations for home practice
- Personalised wellbeing, growth and development exercises and worksheets for completion between sessions
- Access to my mindfulness, coaching and business resources and my marketing experience
- Introduction to my professional and wellbeing contacts, my team of experts and specialists, who have experience in copy writing, web build, design, IT, law, HR, accounting and social media
- Personalised life strategy and plan, focusing on the actions and next steps that will help you live the life you want to live and will truly enjoy
- A 1½ hour review session with me, either in person or over Zoom or Facetime, when we’ll develop a plan for the 12 weeks following the end of our work together
I can also provide ad hoc or ongoing weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions to teach you mindfulness exercises that you can do before a difficult situation to bring you calmness or to help you relax after a long day, techniques and exercises to help you make decisions and changes with confidence and clarity and to support you on your continuing journey to achieving your potential.

I have a Certificate in Mindfulness Teaching and am registered on the Mindfulness Teachers Register. I trained at the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation as a Mindfulness Now practitioner and am bound by their code of ethical standards and engage in regular supervision and CPD.
