One-to-One Insight Hour

I offer an Insight Hour to give us the opportunity to discuss the benefits of mindfulness and how mindfulness practices combined with transformational coaching can help you gain clarity, focus and confidence, make changes in your life more calmly and lead a more enjoyable, fulfilling life.

Before starting a course together, an Inspiration Hour offers us the chance to ensure that we’re a good fit and that you’re happy that I offer what you’re looking for from a Mindfulness and Transformational Coaching Program.  During our hour we will agree how to structure your program in a way that will best meet your needs and help you make changes in your life and reach your goals.

Our Insight Hour can take place online over Zoom or Facetime or at my practice room in Bristol.

A One-to-One Insight Hour with me can help you if you want to:

  • Learn how mindfulness techniques can reduce your levels of anxiety and help you gain clarity, focus and confidence

I have a Certificate in Mindfulness Teaching and am registered on the Mindfulness Teachers Register. I trained at the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation as a Mindfulness Now practitioner and am bound by their code of ethical standards and engage in regular supervision and CPD.
