I work with individuals, businesses and organisations, teaching mindfulness approaches and techniques, for instance, meditation, breathing,
movement, journaling and exercises, to help them understand how to use mindfulness in everyday life for improved physical and emotional wellbeing.
In addition, I place emphasis on the importance of kindness, gratitude, clarity, communication and productivity alongside mindfulness practices.

My unique approach combines my experience working with a range of companies and a business owner with mindfulness techniques and
transformational coaching to help individuals and businesses improve wellbeing, achieve balance in all areas of life, reduce anxiety, particularly in the
workplace, realise potential and achieve personal and professional growth.

Hi, my name is Vikki

After 20 years in the fast-paced and competitive automotive industry, and 10 years into running my own business, I discovered Mindfulness. And it has been one of the most positive changes I have made to my life; a change which has benefitted me in so many different ways; my wellbeing, my relationships, my businesses and in my overall enjoyment of life and all that it has to offer.

My unique approach combines my experience as an executive working with a range of brands and companies and a business owner operating in a tough industry with mindfulness techniques and transformational coaching to help you improve your wellbeing, achieve balance in your life, reduce anxiety and strain, particularly in the workplace, realise your potential and achieve personal and professional growth.

This approach engages your mind, heart and soul to create enduring and meaningful change and a happier, more fulfilling life.

I’m passionate about working with individuals who want to make significant changes in their life and recognise the benefits that mindfulness practices can offer, especially when supported with empathy and guided with expertise.

Vikki Little

I have a Certificate in Mindfulness Teaching and am registered on the Mindfulness Teachers Register. I trained at the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation as a Mindfulness Now practitioner and am bound by their code of ethical standards and engage in regular supervision and CPD.
