One-to-One Inspiration Hour

I offer an Inspiration Hour to give us the opportunity to discuss the benefits of mindfulness and how formal and informal mindfulness practices can help you live a more enjoyable, fulfilling life.

Before starting a course together, an Inspiration Hour gives us the opportunity to ensure that we’re a good fit and that you’re happy that I offer what you’re looking for from a course in Mindfulness.  During our hour we will agree how to structure your course in a way that will best meet your needs.

Our Inspiration Hour can take place online over Zoom or Facetime or at my practice room in Bristol.

A One-to-One Inspiration Hour with me can help you if you want to:

  • Understand how mindfulness can improve your physical and emotional wellbeing
  • Learn how mindfulness techniques can reduce your stress levels and help you feel calmer and more confident
  • Find out how mindfulness practices such as meditation, breathing, movement, journaling and exercises can help you feel happier and enjoy life more

  • A brief introduction to mindfulness
  • The benefits that mindfulness practices can offer
  • A summary of the practices and techniques I teach on my mindfulness courses
  • Your wellbeing needs and the areas of your life you’d like to focus on.
  • Your motivation for taking a mindfulness course and what’s important to you
  • An overview of what’s included in my mindfulness courses

I have a Certificate in Mindfulness Teaching and am registered on the Mindfulness Teachers Register. I trained at the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation as a Mindfulness Now practitioner and am bound by their code of ethical standards and engage in regular supervision and CPD.
