I offer an Inspiration Hour to give us the opportunity to discuss the benefits of mindfulness and how formal and informal mindfulness practices can help you live a more enjoyable, fulfilling life.
Before starting a course together, an Inspiration Hour gives us the opportunity to ensure that we’re a good fit and that you’re happy that I offer what you’re looking for from a course in Mindfulness. During our hour we will agree how to structure your course in a way that will best meet your needs.
Our Inspiration Hour can take place online over Zoom or Facetime or at my practice room in Bristol.
I truly believe that you have the opportunity and capacity to live a healthy, happy and fulfilling life, whatever stage of life you’re at.
I have a Certificate in Mindfulness Teaching and am registered on the Mindfulness Teachers Register. I trained at the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation as a Mindfulness Now practitioner and am bound by their code of ethical standards and engage in regular supervision and CPD.
