We’ll work together in areas that are important to you and prepare you for your own mindfulness practice, giving you the techniques to help you to feel better and enjoy life more.

I will work around your availability and hold your sessions at a time and place that is convenient for you.

I place emphasis on the importance of kindness, gratitude, clarity, resilience and abundance alongside mindfulness practice.

  • Informal and formal mindfulness practices and techniques, including meditation; daily mindful activities; mindful movement and eating; journaling and other practises
  • Explore the 7 attitudes of Mindfulness and find their personal meaning and resonance for you
  • How to harness the power of mindfulness to gain balance in your life and enjoy the moment
  • Identify your wellbeing needs and the changes you’d like to make in your life
  • Mindfulness practices and techniques that meet your specific needs and the areas of your life you’d like to focus on
  • Focus on what’s important to you and how you want to live your life, both personally and professionally
  • Daily and weekly exercises that encourage powerful mindset shifts and give you the confidence to make better decisions in your life and change the way you look at situations and respond to events
  • Discover practical tools, techniques and routines to create lasting change and make time for what you truly enjoy

What’s included in your One-to-One Course:

  • Six x 1 hour weekly personalised one-to-one sessions with me, either in person or over Zoom or Facetime
  • Unlimited emails/WhatsApp message support in between sessions to check-in with you and on your progress
  • A workbook to support and follow the progress of your mindfulness practice
  • Bespoke meditations for home practice
  • Personalised wellbeing exercises for completion between sessions
  • Access to my mindfulness and meditation resources and my wellbeing contacts

I can also provide ongoing weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions to teach you quick mindfulness exercises that you can do before a difficult situation to bring you calmness, meditations to help you relax after a long day and mindful techniques to help you look make decisions and changes with confidence and clarity.

I firmly believe that you have the opportunity and capacity to live a healthy, joyful and fulfilling life, at whatever stage of life you’re at.By the end of your course, you will understand how to use mindfulness in your everyday life to maintain a clearer, more positive mindset, create a sense of calm in your life and handle difficult situations with composure and you will feel happier, healthier and more relaxed.

I have a Certificate in Mindfulness Teaching and am registered on the Mindfulness Teachers Register. I trained at the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation as a Mindfulness Now practitioner and am bound by their code of ethical standards and engage in regular supervision and CPD.
