I work with businesses and organisations, teaching mindfulness approaches and techniques that can be incorporated easily and enjoyably into life at work and home for improved physical and emotional wellbeing and increased productivity.

A workshop in mindfulness can be tailored to your company’s specific needs and focus on areas that are important to you and your business, while being relevant to your team and helping your employees feel engaged and valued.

Our workshops can be provided as single office events of between one hour and a full day for groups of up to 15 or as regular sessions to promote the importance of wellbeing and improve the health, energy and performance of your staff.

I will work around the availability of you and your team and hold your workshop at a time and place that is convenient for your business. We can also provide internal marketing materials to assist you in engaging your team with the workshop.

What’s included in Workshops:

  • A meeting with me to discuss your company’s requirements, either in person or over Zoom or Facetime
  • An interactive half day workshop (usually 3½ hours with one break) or an interactive full day workshop (usually 7 hours, with three breaks)
  • Follow-up call to discuss feedback after the workshop
  • Meditations for home practice
  • Wellbeing exercises for completion after the workshop

I have a Certificate in Mindfulness Teaching and am registered on the Mindfulness Teachers Register. I trained at the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation as a Mindfulness Now practitioner and am bound by their code of ethical standards and engage in regular supervision and CPD.
