If you want to improve the wellbeing, confidence and happiness of your staff and increase productivity and reduce absenteeism throughout your team, our workshops introduce the practice of mindfulness and teach practices that have a positive effect on both employees and employers.
With mental health issues in the workplace estimated by the Centre for Mental Health as costing UK employers £34.9 billion, improving the wellbeing of your team makes business sense.
I work with businesses and organisations, teaching mindfulness approaches and techniques that can be incorporated easily and enjoyably into life at work and home for improved physical and emotional wellbeing and increased productivity.
A workshop in mindfulness can be tailored to your company’s specific needs and focus on areas that are important to you and your business, while being relevant to your team and helping your employees feel engaged and valued.
Our workshops can be provided as single office events of between one hour and a full day for groups of up to 15 or as regular sessions to promote the importance of wellbeing and improve the health, energy and performance of your staff.
I will work around the availability of you and your team and hold your workshop at a time and place that is convenient for your business. We can also provide internal marketing materials to assist you in engaging your team with the workshop.
During challenging times and difficult situations, which is particularly relevant at the moment, mindfulness practice can help your team remain calm, resilient and focused while improving their ability to reduce conflict and increase productivity.
The wellbeing of staff is vital to the success of businesses and organisations and there is much evidential support on the benefits of introducing mindfulness to your workforce to both employees and companies.
Our workshops introduce mindfulness practices to create meaningful changes in employees’ lives and introduce healthy habits, build a successful mindset and help cultivate a feeling of confidence, which in turn reduces anxiety, boosts productivity and creativity and improves communication.
By the end of the workshop, your team will understand how to use mindfulness in their everyday life to maintain a clearer, calmer and more positive mindset, work more efficiently and communicate more effectively, helping them leading a happier, healthier life, at work and home.
I have a Certificate in Mindfulness Teaching and am registered on the Mindfulness Teachers Register. I trained at the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation as a Mindfulness Now practitioner and am bound by their code of ethical standards and engage in regular supervision and CPD.
