If you want to increase productivity and reduce absenteeism in a department or team in your organisation, while improving their wellbeing, confidence and happiness, our bespoke programs teach a sound understanding of mindfulness approaches and formal and informal techniques that can be easily practiced at work and home and lead to a more enjoyable and fulfilling life.
We’re all aware that people are the most important asset in every business and that the business can only perform at its best when its team are feeling their best.
In 2018/19 stress, depression or anxiety accounted for 44% of all work-related ill health cases and 54% of all working days lost due to ill health. Statistics such as these reinforce that view that investing in the wellbeing of your team isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s important for your business.
The wellbeing of staff is vital to the success of businesses and organisations and there is much evidential support on the benefits of introducing mindfulness to your workforce to both employees and companies.
Working closely with you and your team, we identify the areas to concentrate on, and tailor a program to your company’s specific requirements and the needs of the individuals that are going to attend the program. Using both group and one-to-one sessions, our programs help o develop a stronger, happier and more effective team that works efficiently, adapts calmly and make decisions with clarity and confidence.
Our programs can be provided over 3, 6, 9 or 12 weeks and can be held at your premises, at a suitable venue or online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
There is significant evidential support on the benefits of introducing mindfulness in the workplace to both employees and businesses; helping companies improve staff retention, reduce absenteeism and increase productivity and helping employees reduce anxiety, increase confidence, achieve their goals, improve communication and feel happier.
It is no coincidence that leading organisations around the globe such as Apple and Google, have adopted mindfulness as a key part of their employee wellbeing and development strategies.
As business owners and managers, we need to ensure that productivity and efficiency is a high as possible and we have a duty of care to support our workforce and help them improve their wellbeing.
My approach combines my experience as an executive working with a range of brands and companies and a business owner operating in a tough industry with mindfulness techniques to help improve staff wellbeing and productivity, reduce anxiety and absenteeism and enhance resilience, communication and decision-making.
By the end of the workshop, your team will understand how to use mindfulness in their everyday life to maintain a clearer, calmer and more positive mindset, work more efficiently and confidently and communicate more effectively and have set the foundations for a more fulfilling life, helping them leading a happier, healthier life, at both work and home.
