In 2018/19 stress, depression or anxiety accounted for 44% of all work-related ill health cases and 54% of all working days lost due to ill health. Statistics such as these reinforce that view that investing in the wellbeing of your team isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s important for your business.

The wellbeing of staff is vital to the success of businesses and organisations and there is much evidential support on the benefits of introducing mindfulness to your workforce to both employees and companies.

Working closely with you and your team, we identify the areas to concentrate on, and tailor a program to your company’s specific requirements and the needs of the individuals that are going to attend the program. Using both group and one-to-one sessions, our programs help o develop a stronger, happier and more effective team that works efficiently, adapts calmly and make decisions with clarity and confidence.

Our programs can be provided over 3, 6, 9 or 12 weeks and can be held at your premises, at a suitable venue or online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

  • Daily and weekly exercises that encourage powerful mindset shifts and the confidence to make better decisions and change responses to situations
  • Practical tools, techniques and routines to create lasting change and develop professional and personal goals
  • Communicating more clearly and effectively, with colleagues and clients
  • Identifying desired changes, what’s currently not working and what’s needed to manifest those changes

What’s included in a Tailored Course

  • A meeting with me to discuss the needs of your company and team, either in person or over Zoom or Facetime
  • Interactive weekly or fortnightly sessions lasting between 1 hour and 90 minutes, carried out over 4, 8 or 12 weeks. These can be held in your workplace, at a suitable venue or online
  • Unlimited emails/WhatsApp message support in between sessions to check-in on the progress of your team
  • A workbook to support and follow the progress of mindfulness practice
  • Bespoke meditations for home practice
  • Personalised wellbeing, growth and development exercises and worksheets for completion between sessions
  • Access to my mindfulness and meditation resources and my wellbeing and coaching contacts
  • A follow-up session with me, either in person or over Zoom or Facetime, on completion of the program

By the end of the workshop, your team will understand how to use mindfulness in their everyday life to maintain a clearer, calmer and more positive mindset, work more efficiently and confidently and communicate more effectively and have set the foundations for a more fulfilling life, helping them leading a happier, healthier life, at both work and home.

I have a Certificate in Mindfulness Teaching and am registered on the Mindfulness Teachers Register. I trained at the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation as a Mindfulness Now practitioner and am bound by their code of ethical standards and engage in regular supervision and CPD.
